Milken Center Opportunities

UCLA’s Lowell Milken Center for Music of American Jewish Experience is planning to soon offer students the opportunity to apply for two distinct awards of up to $500: (1) a performance award for undergraduate and graduate students that can be used to plan and implement a performance related to music of American Jewish experience at UCLA or in the Los Angeles area; and (2), a travel and research award for graduate students to use for upcoming conference or research expenses in the field of American Jewish music.

The performance award will open for applications in Fall 2024, for performances that take place in the following Winter and Spring Quarters. The travel fund will open for applications in Spring 2025 for travel to take place in the following Summer, Fall, and Winter Quarters.
